How can we help?
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also find tracking details in your account under orders.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is free on all US orders and arrives in 5 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout and arrives in 2 to 3 business days.
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the US only. We are working on expanding, so check back soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because most orders ship the same business day, email us at supportteam@era-vanta.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update or cancel it for you.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Choose subscribe at checkout and your Era Vanta ships automatically on the schedule you pick, so you stay consistent without having to reorder. You can manage everything from your account.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes. Log in to your account and open your subscription to skip an upcoming delivery or pause it. Make the change before your next billing date.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account, with no fees. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
Can I change how often I receive it?
Yes. Open your subscription in your account and update the delivery frequency. The change applies from your next order.

How do I take Era Vanta?
Take 4 capsules daily, ideally in the morning with your first meal. Taking it with food supports absorption and steady, sustained effects. Avoid taking it late in the evening, after about 4 to 5 pm.
When will I notice results?
Some people notice clearer, calmer focus within the first few days. Effects build with consistent daily use, and most people notice more over the first 2 to 4 weeks. See the results timeline for what to expect at each stage.
Are there side effects?
Everyone responds to supplements differently. Era Vanta is caffeine-free, so it is designed to support focus without jitters. If you have any concerns, stop use and speak with your healthcare provider.
Can I take it with other supplements or medication?
Talk to your healthcare provider before combining Era Vanta with other supplements or medication, and before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
Account and billing
How do I create an account?
Select the account icon at the top of any page and enter your email. We send you a one-time code to sign in, so there is no password to remember. An account is created automatically the first time you sign in.
How do I update my payment method?
For subscriptions, log in to your account, open your subscription, and update the payment method on file. One-time orders are charged at checkout, so there is nothing to update afterwards.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log in to your account to update your saved address. For an active subscription, update the address in your subscription settings too. If an order is already placed, email supportteam@era-vanta.com right away.
