You can return Era Vanta within 30 days of the delivery date, whether the product is opened or unopened. Please return it in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email supportteam@era-vanta.com with your order number. Our team will reply with return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless your product arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at supportteam@era-vanta.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will sort it out quickly.
